Our experience includes working with name-brand corporations, governments at all levels, both large and small non-governmental organizations, foundations, and other universities throughout the world.     Building Sustainability Leadership Across a Global Real Estate Workforce<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    ASU partnered with Hines to design and deliver a customized sustainability education program tailored to the company\u2019s workforce needs. The engagement included a company-wide \u201cCarbon 101\u201d learning experience as well as an intensive ESG Ambassador program that combined expert-led instruction, collaborative workshops and applied projects. Together, ASU and Hines created a practical learning journey that translated complex sustainability concepts into actionable strategies relevant to the real estate industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As sustainability considerations increasingly shape the future of real estate investment, development and management, Hines recognized the need to equip employees with the knowledge and skills required to advance the company\u2019s ambitious environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals. With a global workforce spanning multiple regions and business functions, Hines sought a scalable learning solution that could build sustainability fluency while empowering leaders to drive meaningful change across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mitsubishi Chemical Group (MCG) sought a partner capable of bringing together scientific expertise, systems thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration to address some of society\u2019s most pressing sustainability challenges. Guided by its KAITEKI philosophy\u2014the pursuit of the sustainable well-being of people, society and the planet\u2014MCG aimed to create a platform that could accelerate innovation while generating practical solutions for industry and society alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To achieve this vision, MCG partnered with Arizona State University to develop a custom education program for their 50,000+ employees. Drawing on expertise from across the university, the program emphasizes sustainable innovation and strategic problem-solving focused on the future of chemicals, materials, manufacturing systems and sustainable development. The partnership leverages ASU\u2019s strengths in sustainability, engineering, science and future-focused thinking to explore solutions that create value for both business and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Since its launch, the Global KAITEKI Center has fostered cross-disciplinary collaboration, supported research initiatives and advanced new approaches to sustainable innovation.
